Can I bring a gazebo
Unfortunately we have sold out of our pre-booked gazebo pitches. However, for a pitch fee of £30, you can also turn up on the day after 4pm and put up your gazebo behind our allocated pitches. However you must see a member of the parks team before putting up any gazebos. Please bear in mind that we already have two rows of allocated gazebos.

Gazebos must be removed before 7am on Sunday 8 September 2019. There will be gazebo drop off spaces available on Bunkers Hill car park off Lower Sandford Street WS13 6RA. If you need help please ask a member of staff as cars are not allowed to drive to the gazebo area. Please ensure your gazebo is secure. If it is not secure, it may be removed. We reserve the right to take down any gazebos we feel are unsafe or not located in the designated area. You may be asked to remove side walls due to neighbouring gazebos. We do not accept any responsibility for damage to your property, and you pitch at your own risk. In case of high winds no gazebos will be allowed to pitch.

No. For public safety we do not allow barbeques, lanterns, open fires or drones at proms.

Will there be food and drink?
Yes. A selection of catering stalls will be available on the night.

Can I bring my dog to Lichfield Proms?
Dogs are welcome to Beacon Park. However, we strongly recommend that you leave your dogs at home because of the number of people, fireworks and loud music at the event.
